You need to look into your own self and gather your assets with non attachment. How do you achieve that in this life ? It is indeed simple. You need to recognize beneath your active self there is another self which called your inner self or subconscious mind. Begin to listen to it and you will realize that it directs your thinking in the right direction leading you to non attachments.Īn easy and user friendly routine can be followed. At the end of the each day have a little cleansing process just as women don’t forget to use cleansers to remove make up. We need to cleanse and declutter our mind of our thought processes. Wash you face and eyes doing the eye bath (Netrasnan-See below) and then start a little meditation by doing Tratak (see below). Do the tratak till the eyes are filled with tears. Next ten minutes close your eyes and chant “Shree Swami Samarth”. Breathe in and say “Shree Swami Samarth” breathe out and say “Shree Swami Samarth” As you get into the rhythm of chanting you will be absorbed and might even do more than ten minutes. Swami Samarth is listening to your chanting and he will change the course of destiny for you. When you are done with chanting, sit down with eyes closed and offer prayers of peace and happiness to all those people who have cheated you, hurt you, and betrayed you and also for your loved ones, your family and friends. Then, listen to the silence of your surrounding and remember every breath you take, chant “Shree Swami Samarth” and breathe out “Shree Swami Samarth” chanting silently in your mind. You can sit there as long it pleases you. In hope of spreading the name of the Great Siddha “Shree Swami Samarth Maharaj of Akkalkot” Remember each passing day of your practice you are getting more closer to your inner self and who is your inner self none other than “Shree Swami Samarth”. Use the running tap water,fill your mouth with as much as water as possible by expanding the mouth cavity. Hold water in the mouth and splash cold water while keeping the eye open. Splash the water alternatively in each eye after 7-8 splashes one may feel have breathless and have urge to throw the water out. At this point, repeat the process and repeat the process. Tratak means staring at a non-moving, stable scene or object of concentration.
